It was a very well functioning operation with Lovely people who helped beautifully w great attitudes and were kind and patience. Talk to dr Sanchez who really knew what he was doing and it was really gentle and efficient and kind .I have a question does the stitches need to be taken out or they dissolve? I never got a word about that I was just told to come back in three weeks. Thank you.

Careful and attentive examination and cleaning, with substantial contact with the dentist. But I was going to be handed a stack of paper forms to complete until I objected that I had completed them all on the patient web portal. Also, my X-rays from another dentist were apparently misplaced after being emailed there, and the hygienist would have performed redundant (and not insurance-covered) X-rays if I had not objected and had not brought a copy of the X-rays with me on a USB drive. The system for new-patient onboarding is clearly rudimentary and error-prone.

Dr. Sanchez is a dentist everyone should go to as he is well educated and advanced in his care. His staff works hard and is always happy. The office is clean and up dated. I drive 2.5 hours to see him and have been for 22 years. Give him a try you won’t be disappointed.

So I have had a great fear of the dentist for years and finally went in for a root canal. I was terrified and they were very understanding and made sure I was completely numb. I still had a panic attack because like I said, I’m terrified of the dentist, but they handled it very well and took great care of me and I am very grateful. Dr. Sanchez is very calm, kind, caring, a positive person, and makes sure that treatment options are well understood. I immediately felt that I was in good hands with him. I'm still in awe of the wonderful experience I had at Infinity Dental. From reception to dental assistants to the doctor, the level of professionalism is far above the norm among today's medical practitioners. I was there for a filling in one of my teeth when Dr Sanchez discovered that I had a significant cavity in another that needed to be filled. LHI was called to provide the necessary approval for the correction, but to my surprise, they declined. Their response astounded and devastated me. Dr. Sanchez, to my surprise, offered to do it for free. I was inspired by his generosity. In cash, it would have cost me $275. I'm deeply grateful to him and hope to pass on this kindness to others!

OH MY GOODNESS WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN... for those who don’t care to read long reviews I’ll make it simple in the beginning- DONT THINK ANOTHER SECOND, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Let me start off by saying on a scale of 1-10 (10 being very strong pain) I was feeling a good 12. An infection, with a tooth desperately excited to get out of my mouth- poor guy. Gerry their GM told me to come in pretty much immediately- I did (the staff here is ridiculously awesome and kind). When I’d tense up (bc of ill experiences at other places), Dr. Sanchez knew exactly when to distract me with conversation; cause I’ll tell you what, I thought he was getting started when in-fact he had finished completely. ! Is it possible to even have a favorite dental office??? I have to say, absolutely!!! Infinity dental is my favorite of all!? I’ve been a patient at this practice & seeing Dr. Sanchez for more than 5 years. My husband & most of my adult children go there also. The kids pay cash & Dr. Sanchez offers a terrific deal to them. I love that I feel he is genuinely concerned about their dental care. Furthermore, my husband is looking to retire this year. With retirement, he must make decisions about Medicare. One of the 2 major choices offers dental coverage; however he would really miss out in a couple other areas. Well, when we questioned the dentist about the decision, he was quick to offer a significant discount for my husband once he retires. It has really alleviated a significant amount of stress that was on our minds regarding retirement. What a relief! Furthermore, not only is Dr. Sanchez at the top of his game, his entire group of office staff are top notch also! I could go on & on, but I won’t. DR SANCHEZ AND HIS STAFF ARE THE GREATEST!! I’ve been a patient of Dr Sanchez for several years and he’s worked dental magic in my mouth. He took care of problems I had for years with my upper teeth by installing an all-on-four implant! No problems now!! Several implants in my lower jaw solved more problems. I now happily return to his office for routine checkups and cleaning. Over the years I’ve had several hygienists perform the cleaning and they have all been very thorough and professional—my mouth feels great when I leave the office. This was the best day ever as an ARMY Veteran on Veteran's Day!!! Me a Army Veteran and my wife who's an Air Force veteran! Heard on KTNV news station Channel 13 This morning Heard that infinity Dental was taken on veterans as patient for Free Dental services on Veterans Day only! So we were the second people in line, Dr Sanchez and his team of professionals treated veterans on Veterans Day 1st class all the way with dental treatment!!! Dr Sanchez nevered served but you can feel his dedication that he rendered to his Veteran patients!!! Its safe to say that he treated us better than the VA do for Dental for free! I just finished all the work on my top teeth, crowned all the top teeth. My teeth look Absolutely Gorgeous!! Dr. Sanchez is very professional & extremely experienced. When it comes to the health of your teeth he doesn’t cut any corners. It took two months to finish all that I needed root canals and implant.
